Project 365
Inspired by Ken Scott (but not aspiring to beat his 4,000 day record!!!) some of our members have set up a Facebook 365 challenge. Head over to take a look and join in [LINK] Warnham Nature Reserve Six members joined Chris on a visit to Horsham on Wednesday (19th). Maybe not too many birds around, but there were lots of other things of interest with mammals, insects and beautiful flowers and grasses. We have posted a handful of Chris' shots on the Photowalk page, but do check out Facebook for some cracking images....here is a taster from Zz.... |
MCC Constitution As you probably know, we held a short EGM at our last meeting to approve our Club Constitution; this had been updated for the 2018-19 season. Pleased to say that the document was accepted with a large majority and one abstention. You can view a copy on the Rules page. Mix & Match 'fun' knock-out competition Let the games begin! Now you are all back in photo mode, start looking out for completely weird, wonderful, funny, stupid or just pointless photos. Quality doesn't matter, content is king! You are just looking for something so unique that our competition (Bognor CC and Littlehampton CC) have no hope of matching and they are both reaaallly good at this! PhotoEntry is now open and taking your images or you can give them to Dick on a memory stick at any meeting. Check out some of the daft stuff we have used in the past to give you ideas......a few pictures here and more on the 2017 competition page [LINK] |
Ken Scott ARPS - Touching the Light
If you came to Ken's presentation on Monday (17th) I bet you looked at the windy, rainy Tuesday morning with renewed enthusiasm - light so much more interesting than a bright cloudless sky! Also, completely reinforces what photography is all about - take photos that please YOU rather than trying to please a fickle judge - yay! Want to see more of Ken's work? Checkout his website [LINK] |
